Shipping methods
All orders placed on our Canada site will be fulfilled from our warehouse in Ontario. Orders placed before 3pm CST are usually dispatched within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
Standard Shipping (FREE)
UPS Ground – 2-7 business days
Express Shipping ($9.99)
2-4 working days
We usually ship all orders via UPS Ground however we may use other carriers to complete delivery if this is more efficient.
We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed during busy periods.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately UPS is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please use an alternative shipping address when placing your order.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation of your shipping method and tracking information (where available) via email once your order has been dispatched.
Missing order
If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please
- Check your delivery address was entered correctly - contact us if there are any errors.
- Check the delivery timeframe - if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
- Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
